About Deidre
Deidre began playing the celtic harp when she was 15 after playing the piano since age 5. She played throughout Northern Illinois and Southern Wisconsin for plays, festivals, and special events.
Deidre studied pedal harp at the University of Southern California's Thorton School of Music under JoAnn Turovsky. After graduating, she returned to the celtic harp and played weddings and events all over the greater Los Angeles area.
In addition, Deidre has been featured in iPhone, Hallmark, and Chevy commercials with her harp, as the harpist on the show Angel From Hell and the new 90210 and was the harpist for Adrienne Maloof and Paul Nassif for Bravo's Real Housewives of Beverly Hills. In 2013, Deidre cofounded and played electric harp for the band Whiskey Sunday until moving to Buenos Aires in 2017. She has also performed with Mary J. Blige, Barbara Streisand, David Munnelly, Pat D'Arcy, and with the Irish band Slugger O'Toole.
